so here i am again.
the same spot.
the same thought.
the same girl who haunts.
my dreams, so carelessly,
the same girl, i chose to spot.
its like she never has the time to stop.
but why? why would she choose me?
of all the people that it could be.
she always chooses the worst of 3.
so here i am again.
no more tears.
a few more fears.
alot less cares.
alot more stairs.
too many stares.
is it at me?
could it be?
but wait. i dont write poetry.
i am now.
somehow.
she made this.
a monster? an angel?
you decide.
i subside.
ill love her till the day i die.
i promised her this.
years ago. i wouldnt let go.
girls come, girls go.
girls ALWAYS seem to know.
but i wish she did.
i wish she saw in me,
the same angel i see in her.
even when she is nowhere in site.
i see her. her face so elegant as the night.
her eyes bright as morning sunlight.
and the smile?
the smile i could talk about for days on end.
i dont want it to end. does it have to?
should it? its not my decision to make.
only mine to waste.
if i choose to let it die. it will.
if i choose to let it fly. it will.
out of site, out of mind.
